Terms that apply to every plan
  • All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are stated inkl. MwSt.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in two clicks under Subscription; the plan then runs to the end of the paid period.
  • The monthly allowance is a usage allowance only — not money, not stored value, not redeemable, not transferable. It resets each period and does not carry over.
  • There are no credit packs, no top-ups and no prepaid balances. If you run out, wait for the reset or move up a plan.
  • 14-day right of withdrawal, set out on the Widerrufsrecht page, with two separate un-ticked confirmations at checkout.
  • Payment is processed by our payment service provider over an encrypted connection. Card details are entered on the provider's form and are never stored on our servers.

What is free, and why the rest is not

Where the free tier stops
Five symptoms a month. That is enough to diagnose one or two garments properly, and the “may not be a grading issue” field is shown in full on every plan, including free.
What paying is for
The problem is not the first answer. It is that every order means reading a different chart again, and different categories need a different column. Paying buys unlimited symptoms, your own chart annotated, and a file per garment.
What it saves
One avoided wrong order. Returning extended sizes is slow and often expensive, and a single order you did not have to send back covers a year of the Grade plan.
One thing the free tier will never do
The watermark on a free comparison card is placed so that it cannot overlap the “may not be a grading issue” field. That field is the honest part of the answer, and it stays fully legible on every plan.

Withdrawal14 days under § 355 BGB. Two separate, un-ticked confirmations at checkout, repeated in the order confirmation email.
RefundsThe current period is refunded in full, on request, where the service has not been usable.

DeliveryImmediate. Access is granted the moment the subscription is active; nothing is shipped.
