Delivery is immediate and electronic. Access to the paid features is granted the moment the subscription becomes active, normally within seconds of payment being confirmed, and is available in your account at once. You receive an order confirmation by email containing the plan, the price, the billing period, the renewal date and the cancellation route.

There is no shipping, no physical product, no delivery address and no delivery charge. If access has not appeared within 15 minutes, write to support@zadamofashion.com and we will resolve it or refund the charge in full.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without contacting us. Sign in, open Subscription, and select Cancel. It takes two clicks. There is no retention flow, no confirmation call and no requirement to give a reason.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then the plan stays fully usable. It does not renew after that. A cancellation confirmation is emailed to you immediately.

If you would rather cancel by writing to us, a plain message to support@zadamofashion.com is equally valid and we will action it the same business day.

14-day right of withdrawal. As a consumer you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, and receive a full refund. The complete notice, the three conditions under which that right ends early, and the model withdrawal form are on the Widerrufsrecht page.

Beyond the withdrawal period. We refund the current billing period in full, on request, where the service has not been usable for reasons on our side. Where the service has worked as described, a cancellation stops the next renewal rather than refunding the period already in use.

How to request one. Email support@zadamofashion.com from the address on the account. No form is needed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days, at no charge to you. There are no restocking or processing fees of any kind.

The whole site, including every payment step, is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Card details are entered directly on a form hosted by our payment service provider, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Full card numbers never reach our servers and are never stored by us. We receive only what is needed to run the contract: the payment status, the amount, the currency and a transaction reference.

Prices are charged in US dollars (USD) and are stated inkl. MwSt. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged; your bank may apply its own conversion if your account is in another currency.

Accounts require you to be 18 or over. The service is available worldwide and is provided in English, with German legal texts.

Some limits are deliberate and permanent:

• It collects no body measurements and makes no judgement about any person.
• It accepts no photographs of people; such uploads are rejected and not stored.
• It generates no images of people.
• It names no brand and evaluates no brand's grading practice.
• It guarantees no fit outcome.
• It gives no health, weight, medical, legal or financial advice.
• Its output may not be used to make public accusations against a brand or company.
• It may not be used for decisions in medicine, law, finance, security, employment, credit, housing or justice.

Nothing you upload is used to train a model. Size-chart screenshots are read once for their figures, kept while the associated garment file exists, and deleted permanently within 30 days of you deleting the file or closing your account. You can delete any upload yourself at any time.
